Italian-Asian Wine & Food Fest

This February Chef Marisoll participated in what became one of the most succesful fund-raising events held for a charity cause in the past few years.  The Italian-Asian Wine & Food Fest gathered a crowd of hungry contributors, all awaiting to sample the gastronomic delights of more than 25 Chef Stations.  It was all for a very good cause - to benefit the Puerto Rico Oncological Hospital.

Chef Marisoll surprised her guests with one of her signature creations: a deconstructed sushi appetizer, with tuna, shrimp, seaweed, Asian churrasco, and ika-calamari.
