De Norte a Sur, Gastronomía y Maridaje

In this first edition of a Culinary Festival pairing Chefs from the North and South regions of the island with Internationally renowned Chefs, Chef Marisoll did a Demo Kitchen demonstration with Chef Julieta Ballesteros, from Mexico.  Ballesteros is the owner of Crema Restaurant in New York, and has participated in various competitions, like Food Network’s Iron Chef.

For the Festival’s demo, Chef Marisoll and Chef Ballesteros designed a healthy taco menu, with shrimp and lobster Puerto Rican tacos and Mexican fish tacos paired like the ying and yang of the Culinary occasion.
